Resonance replaced a spreadsheet and a busy Messenger inbox with self-serve booking. Clients pick a room, an engineer and a slot from live availability, pay a deposit through PayMongo and get calendar invites and reminders. Staff get a schedule view, blackout dates and per-room pricing rules, and double bookings are prevented at the database level.
